Celebrate Celebrate!!!

Life has been crazy busy again
Josh is gone... again.
Were moving in 24 hours.
Poor blog... you have been neglected.
But- nonetheless.
Harper's Party deserves a post.
Let me set the setting.
I had the idea of having her party at "Cows & Cones".  Without turning it into a "red neck" party I wanted to keep a country theme... like a picnic in the country! Gingham, black ants and watermelon! Her invitations turned out adorable... Ill have to find a pic of one and add it later.  I even enlisted Cortney's help and she came up with an awesome idea for the treat jars!! After lots of menu planning and other party prep, it was finally party day.
It was a HOT, July 31st here in Gales Ferry.  We had a few special visitors, Grammy, Aunt C, and Gigi (Harper gave Gigi her name herself!!)  And- *GASP* Josh was even home!!

We put Harper in a Oshkosh & Gingham dress, complete with a huge petti-coat under it!
Hey- were city girls... we cant go COMPLETELY country! ; )
So about 45 people came to help celebrate!!  Even Harper's 4-legged Best Friend Diesel.
All the kids enjoyed hanging out with each other, the 2 cows, the 6 sheep, the chickens and all the parents! The cake was sooooooooo cute and soooo good!!
We all had a wonderful time, and were so thankful for all our family and friends who came out to celebrate!!  All the kids LOOOOVED the treat jars... which was just icing on the cake!
Were very proud parents of this adorable little Harper.  She is the sweetest most amazing kid.  We just love her to pieces and couldn't imagine a day without her.
Happy Birthday baby girl!!
